Delete Your 1-HF Dating Account and Data

You can delete your account within the app or send a request through this page. Email requests do not require an app installation or account login.

Your account is shared across 1-HF. Deletion closes access to that account on the website and in 1-HF Dating, beyond hiding your profile. Completed deletion cannot be undone.

Delete within the app or website

Open 1-HF Dating and sign in to your account.
Go to “Profile”, find “Account safety” and select “Delete account”.
Enter your current password and DELETE, then confirm deletion.

Request deletion without signing in

The button below opens your email application with a request addressed to support. Send it from the email used to register, or state that email and explain if you have lost access to it. Support will verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send your password.

If you have a balance or pending transaction

A positive balance or pending financial transactions stops automatic deletion. Contact support to resolve those transactions and delete the account. Deletion does not trigger an automatic payout or imply agreement to lose your funds.

Data deleted

After deletion succeeds, the account email and password, profile and contact details, profile photos, listings and their translations, likes and passes, matches and messages in associated chats, login and password-reset information are erased. Account access ends. Photos are removed from the service’s active storage when the file is not used by another account.

Information that may remain

A deactivated technical account record, balance and financial transaction records are kept without a public profile, email or usable password for accounting, transaction resolution and applicable obligations. Limited report and safety-action records may remain to protect users; details and attachments related to the deleted account are cleared. Copies in backups and technical logs may persist until their routine rotation; contact support for the specific retention period.
