1-HF Dating Terms of Use

By using 1-HF Dating, the user agrees to these terms. If the terms are not acceptable, the user must stop using the service.

1. Purpose of the service

1-HF Dating allows users to create profiles, upload photos, like other users, receive matches, chat and publish listings on the map.

2. Age restriction

The service is only for users aged 18 or older. Registration and use by minors are prohibited.

3. User responsibilities

provide accurate and non-misleading information
do not publish another person's photos without permission
do not publish illegal, abusive, fraudulent or dangerous content
do not use the service for spam, threats, extortion or evasion of the law
independently assess the risks of communication, meetings and transactions with other users

4. Contacts and meetings

Users independently decide whether to share contact information, meet or enter into arrangements. The administration is not a party to such arrangements.

5. Moderation

The administration may hide or remove content, restrict access or delete accounts for rule violations, complaints or security threats.

6. Availability

The service is provided as is. Technical interruptions, errors and feature changes are possible.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Addendum: conduct and safety rules

Registration requires confirmation that you are 18 or older and acceptance of the rules. Pornography, sexually explicit content, the sale of sexual services, harassment, threats, fraud and sharing others’ personal information without permission are prohibited. All forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming and sexualization of minors are strictly prohibited.

Report violations using “Report” in a displayed user profile or current chat; use “Block” to stop interaction. You can also use support contacts. The administration must review reports and act under the service rules. See the Child Safety Standards and account deletion instructions.
