Welcome to 1-HF video chat service. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
1-HF is an anonymous one-on-one video chat platform that allows users to engage in random video calls. The platform provides a token-based paid chat system.
2. Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction
- Your account must be real and belong to you personally
- Each user may have only one account
3. User Code of Conduct
The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Posting pornographic or explicit content
- Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users
- Sending spam or advertisements
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Attempting fraud or scams
- Using automated tools or bots
- Recording or distributing video call content
⚠️ Important: Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, without refund.
4. Token System
Token rules:
- 1 USDT = 100 tokens
- Tokens can only be used within the platform
- Tokens are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
- Paid chat is billed per minute
- Sellers set their own per-minute price
5. Payment and Refunds
- Top-up: Via USDT (TRC20), minimum 3 USDT
- Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amount is 3 USDT, network fees apply (approximately 1 USDT)
- Platform fee: The platform charges a service fee on transactions
- Refunds: Token top-ups are non-refundable, except in cases of technical service failure
6. Privacy and Video
- All video calls are real-time
- We do not record or store video streams
- Do not record or screenshot conversations

7. Disclaimer
Service is provided "as is":
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for the actions of other users
- We do not guarantee connection quality
- Video quality depends on your internet connection
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Delete content without prior notice
- Refuse service
9. Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please use the in-service reporting feature. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Service interruptions or errors
- Third-party actions
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this service should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes should be submitted to arbitration in the relevant jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or website. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of modified terms.
